Meet Nadege Beauvoir, owner of the Cheer Tumbling Dynamics and Featured Business Owner at SCORE Chicago this week. Learn about her business and what tips she has for your success.
What is your company’s elevator pitch?
Have you ever seen the cheer leading competitions on ESPN? Well, my company helps cheer teams reach that level of competitiveness through private cheerleading camps and public youth clinics, Team Training and unique choreography.
Who are your clients and give examples of how you served that person or business?
My clients are cheerleading coaches in all divisions of cheerleading from junior high schools to collegiate institutions, along with the athletes that we train day in and day out.
We deliver a unique experience to every individual and group that works with our highly qualified staff. We tailor private camps, clinics and choreograph routines to every participant’s needs and readiness. Cheer Tumbling Dynamics support less fortunate youth programs with camps and clinics designed to spread the joy of accomplished cheerleading.
Our purpose is to bring the best in cheerleading to women and men in Illinois as well as other states and countries. Our staff works to upgrade performance and to improve cheerleaders’ athleticism. We challenge participants to learn new routines and provide expert choreography and coaching. We offer unique experiences and ensure that life skills, such as teamwork and leadership, are learned at the same time.
Our Mission is to help young people excel in all things cheer. We do this by improving their artistic, athletic and team skills. We offer camps, choreography and tumbling and stunting clinics tailored to the skill levels and needs of the participants. We help young people become the best they can be and to appreciate their accomplishments. For everyone, we bring an unequalled cheer experience.
We were hired by a client that wanted to rebuild their low ranking high school program. We took them from the lower 30% placement in the state, all the way to the top 84 percentile in just one year.
What is your best marketing strategy?
In addition to growing integrated marketing practices and publishing a book, Peak Performance, Cheer Tumbling Dynamics’ success has been, and continues to be, built upon the referrals of our current and past clients.
Mentor name, and how they have helped you in your business?
Peg Corwin. She has really helped me to up SEO game. She is willing to have as many conversations and discussions about a relevant topic ranging from my website standing to creating lead generating ads on many platforms. In addition to this, she also sends me great literature that are relevant to my business issues and gives me invaluable feedback on projects and strategic initiatives.
What advice would you give other entrepreneurs?
The most important lesson I’ve learned as a business leader is to delegate and let others help me. I got a mentor and that changed everything. Often times we try to do everything ourselves for various reasons. Then, we stretch ourselves too thin and that causes some serious delays in meeting deadlines and getting things done right.
If you don’t have a team to lean on, find one. Surrounding yourself with the right people, can make a world of difference for your business. Asking for help is a strength for leaders and should be encouraged through mentorship and relevant organizations.
What is your website for further info?
