I have experience working for a small business, starting and owning a small business.  This background gives me the experience on how to make a business meet the specific needs of the owner.  I emphasize the need for goal setting and action planning to assist in meeting owner's needs and customer requirements.   My background in small businesses, plus my experience with Fortune 500 companies, has given me the knowledge  to develop and implement strategies, programs, product launches and much more.
