Championed Company-wide restructuring of product management. As a senior Vice President , Product Management, created and led a highly effective product management team for nine years. The Product Management Team comprised over 100 professionals whose challenges included building and managing a broad portfolio designed for the unique needs of multiple distribution channels through multiple brands.
