I can help improve business performance in human resources, training development, budgeting, business strategy, operations, and executive leadership. As an HR practitioner/leader, I have advised and counseled business leaders on the full human resources life cycle- strategy, training and development of staff and managers, developing and implementing compensation plans, effectively handling employer/employee relations issues and developing/executing staffing, hiring and retention plans for growing businesses. As an operations executive I am deeply familiar and experienced with developing and effectively managing budgets (large and small), leading small and large teams (some of which were virtual and multi-national) as well as being a seasoned project leader. I also possess experience in local water management/use having worked on a local MUD board for many years and passionate about advancing opportunities for individuals with disabilities through my volunteer work.
