Robyn Howard had a novel concept for a business.
She had started a home inventory business which enabled homeowners to inventory their personal possessions, by way of professional videotapes, photos and cataloging, in the event of a fire, theft or other disaster.
However, Robyn needed help in developing a sales and marketing plan for her business, so she contacted SCORE and received the expert counseling of Earl Schraiberg. Earl advised Robyn in developing an effective plan, including creating a brochure and improving the sales presentation.
The business has grown and prospered, thanks in large part to Earl’s advice and encouragement. As Robyn herself said,
